Fitness, wellness, health and wellbeing is for everyone, but often we forget about the youngest in the community.
So it was great to see my latest feature on MyDeal.com.au providing advice and tips to parents to get their kids active. Unfortunately we have an obesity epidemic with our youth, mainly due to fascinating technology which has made them more prone to sitting down at home on their phones and in front of the television instead of getting out and being active like I did back in the 70s and 80s.
The earlier we get our youth making fitness, wellness, health and wellbeing as much a part of their lifestyle as checking out the latest music videos on YouTube, the better it will be for them.
